Water is coming through my ceiling. What should I do first?+
Turn off the water at the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink), switch off any electrics near the leak if it's safe to, and catch what you can in a bucket. Then call us.
Can you find a leak without ripping the floor up?+
Usually, yes. We check pressure, listen along the pipe runs and use a thermal camera on heating pipes, so we only lift the boards we need to.
